Back to Reality

I have never been much of a writer, especially when it comes to writing my thoughts down, so I am not sure why I have decided to start a blog. I have been reading my best friend Karen's blog and she has inspired me to start my own.  So let's give it a whirl!!

Soon I will be going back to school and my life will once again be chaotic.  But I am ready for it, I am not sure if it is because it will be my last semester of school or because I need some structure back in my life.  There was a time when I absolutely loved being at home with my husband and daughter.  But with Allison in school and Brett busy on the farm, I am left at home with nothing to do (except clean the house but who likes doing that).

I have titled my blog "A Life of Many Joys" because there are many things in my life I am thankful for.  I have a husband whom I love more than anything.  I know he loves me just the same and no matter what I say or do that love will continue.  I have a daughter that inspires me to be a better person and mother.  She is my world and my everything.  I have a family that is close and there for me at all times and friends who are there when I need them.  I have a warm house to live in, food on the table, and clothes on my back, what more could a girl ask for.

I have made many mistakes in my life and have tried to learn from most of them.  Although some of those mistakes were worse than others I would not change one thing about my life because those blunders have made me who I am today and that includes a life of many joys.
